Ben Henri is the Founder of Atmosphere Capital, a business he established in 2021. With a deep passion for sharing his extensive lending expertise, Ben created Atmosphere Capital to help clients achieve their financial goals through tailored, knowledgeable advice.
Ben's impressive career spans 20 years as both a Professional Accountant and Banker. He spent 15 years at ANZ Bank, where he built a reputation for delivering exceptional service and results for his clients. With a wealth of experience in banking products across various sectors—from large businesses to small enterprises, property investment, and property development—Ben's knowledge is complemented by his qualifications as a CPA. This unique blend of skills makes him a trusted expert in navigating the finance industry.
In 2024, Ben was recognised by MPA as one of Australia’s Top 10 Commercial Brokers and was awarded the prestigious Platinum Elite Broker status by the Loan Market Group. Outside of his professional life, Ben is a passionate supporter of the Geelong Cats and enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family.

Throughout her career, Teresa has worked across various banking segments at the ANZ, including Retail, Business Banking, and Corporate Banking, with a specialised focus in Personal Banking, Residential Lending, Commercial Lending, and Transactional Banking.
Known for her unwavering passion for her clients, Teresa is dedicated to providing tailored solutions that not only meet her clients’ immediate needs but also align with their long-term financial goals.
